If you are in a life threatening situation or cannot keep yourself safe go to your local A&E and if you cannot get there safely call 999.

Our Clinicians are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Registration details may be viewed at http://www.hcpc-uk.org.uk/ . We work within the laws and regulation of the UK.

Current fees
Your fees may be covered by your medical insurance plan. However we reserve the right to invoice you if there is an excess in you membership and if your medical insurer tells us you are accountable to pay part of the treatment.

Late or missed sessions
As your session has been booked for you, if you are late it may not be able to be extended and your session will consist of the remaining allocated time. In a case of lateness or no show, we will wait for the first 15 minutes, after then we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. If you miss the session without cancellation notice we reserve the right to charge the session cost.

Cancellations
48 hrs (two working days) notice of cancellation need to be given once a session is booked otherwise we reserve the right to charge the session. If you need to cancel or change an appointment we can be contacted via telephone or by email.

Confidentiality
Your right to confidentiality is strictly observed in all circumstances except where our clinical experts believe that there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or others. In this case we reserve the right to inform outside agencies as appropriate, but if possible we will discuss this with you first. Clinicians are required to attend regular supervision sessions in order to maintain the quality of their work. Individual issues are discussed but confidentiality is maintained i.e. clients are not identified and personal information is kept to the minimum necessary for clinical understanding.
